happy saturday! i rarely share recipes, so when i do... i promise it is amazing! :) or at least i think so. last week i made two breakfast batches of these guys! they are oatmeal based and naturally gluten free... we gobbled up the first batch so fast, i wasn't able to snap a picture! the toppings i tried were blueberries, pecans, almonds and chocolate chips. the chocolate chip muffins were the first ones gone!
